ADVERTISING - Help build relationships with local businesses and support the theatre through program advertising.

Ad & Promotion Support - Help fulfill sponsor perks through social media mentions, website listings, and coordination with the publicity team.
ARCHIVAL - Help preserve and share the theatre’s history while supporting marketing and storytelling.

Archivist - Collect and store programs, scripts, photos, and show materials.

Digital Archivist - Scan programs, photos, and clippings; upload and organize files; maintain consistent naming and filing systems.

Content Liaison - Pull archival materials for social media, website content, and promotions while coordinating with publicity.
ADVOCACY COMMITTEE FOR THEATRE SAFETY - Help support a respectful and safe environment by advising leadership and maintaining clear conduct guidelines.

Advisory Liaison - Serve as a sounding board when concerns arise, help leadership think through responses, and promote consistency.

Policy Reviewer - Review and update the code of conduct as needed and help keep language clear and current.
BOX OFFICE - Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for our audience from arrival to curtain.

Box OƯice Lead - Oversee the box oƯice during performances, handle patron issues, support clerks, balance ticket sales, and complete nightly deposits.

Ticketing - Assign seats prior to performances and prepare tickets from reservation reports.
CAPITAL PLANNING - Help plan and coordinate improvements to our theatre’s space, equipment, and long-term needs.

Project Coordinator - Track capital projects, maintain project lists, and coordinate priorities with leadership.

Facilities & Needs Assessment - Identify building issues, equipment needs, and safety concerns while providing recommendations.

Planning & Budget Support - Help estimate project costs, gather pricing information, and support planning efforts.

Grant Writing & Research - Research grant opportunities, assist with grant applications, and help identify funding sources for theatre improvements, programs, and organizational growth.
FRONT OF HOUSE / HOSPITALITY - Help create a welcoming and organized experience for our audience from the moment they arrive.

House Manager - Oversee front-of-house operations during performances, coordinate volunteers, assist with patron concerns, and support lobby operations.

Trainer / Scheduler - Manage volunteer signups, scheduling, and coverage.
HOUSE & GROUNDS - Help keep our theatre clean, functional, and ready for productions and audiences.

House & Grounds Coordinator - Coordinate ongoing maintenance needs, track facility concerns, and communicate with contractors or Capital Planning when needed.
MEMBERSHIP - Help welcome and connect new members so they become active parts of the theatre.

PERMANENT SET - Help maintain and organize our reusable set pieces so every production can build smarter.
