Constitution Update for Member Review

We are pleased to announce that, for the first time since 2010, a revised version of our constitution has been prepared, thanks to the thorough and thoughtful work of our Constitution Committee.
All members are encouraged to review the updated constitution and the summary of proposed changes prior to the Annual Meeting on June 18. During the meeting, the membership will vote on whether to approve the proposed amendments.
Your engagement in this process is appreciated as we work to ensure our governing documents reflect the current and future needs of our organization.
